In Memory of David C. Bradshaw lost to Agent Orange in 2010.

DAVID C. BRADSHAW – Went home on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 8:56 a.m. at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky at the age of 70.

He was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 3, 1940. After high school, he attended Rose State University and finished his degree in business at Paducah Community College in Paducah. He also attended the Oklahoma Military Academy, graduating in 1958. He was a very proud veteran of the United States Army serving two tours in Vietnam and retiring after 20 years of service to his country. He was a Life Member of Vietnam Veterans of America – Paducah Chapter #337.

David was a member of the D.A.V., V.F.W. American Legion and AMVETS and order of the Silver Rose. He served as an assistant Chief of Police in Oklahoma and as a Deputy Sheriff for Apache, Okla. He also served as an EMT, a Boy Scout and Girl Scout Leader and was a Youth Specialist working with battered and abused children. He served as a Service Officer for Veterans for several years through the D.A.V. in Paducah and was a Veterans Advocate for many Veterans in applying for benefits. He was a Duke of Paducah and was a Kentucky Colonel.

He will be greatly missed by all the Veterans and Friends who knew him. “Gone But Not Forgotten”
