In Memory of Jim Fitzgerald lost to Agent Orange in 2015,

My friend Jim Fitzgerald, a Vietnam War veteran, was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery today (February 13, 2015).

James (Jim) C. Fitzgerald was a Veteran of the United States Army with 20+ years of service.

During his military service he achieved the rank of Master Sergeant served in the engineers in 1967 and 1968 in Vietnam.

Jim was awarded numerous medals to include: National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with two Bronze Service Stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation with Palm, Army Commendation Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal-6th Award, Non-commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon-3rd Level, Drill Sergeant Identification Badge, Army Service Ribbon and Overseas Service Ribbon.

Another death due to bladder cancer.
