In Memory of Philip S. Cummins lost to Agent Orange 2015.

Philip was in the United States Navy.

He was in Vietnam
1970-1971 serving in a “Brown Water” Navy 7 man gunboat.

Philip passed away February 19, 2015 of liver and kidney due to his exposure to Agent Orange.

Thank you Dad for your service… I salute you… I love and miss you.
