In Memory of Charles Heffelfinger lost to Agent Orange in 2005.

Charles was in the United States Marine Corps and served in Vietnam where he was exposed to Agent Orange.

Charles passed away June 3, 2005 at the age of 63 from Agent Orange illnesses.

He was a machinist and a member of St. Matthew’s United Church of Church.
