Gerald Basham

In Memory of Gerald Lee Basham lost to Agent Orange in 2015.

Gerald was a fuel tanker driver in the United States Army and was in Vietnam 1969-1970. He received many awards including a Bronze Star.

Gerald passed away October 2, 2015 of heart failure and many other illnesses due to Agent Orange exposure plus jungle rot.

Marjorie, Gerald’s beloved wife of 45 years writes…. his family and I, not to mention the other vets that came to talk hours miss him so much.

The guys told me that talking with my husband helped them more than any of the counseling they received because he had been there.

Thanks for giving my hero, my husband a moment.

This pain I have will never heal.
