In Memory of John David Blask lost to Agent Orange in 2015.

John was a decorated Vietnam veteran. Unfortunately, he was also a victim of Agent Orange as a result of his loyal service in the United States Army.

John passed away December 20, 2015 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, WI due to the complications of Agent Orange.

He was married to Nancy and the proud father of Benjamin.

John was an avid fisherman and a gifted athlete who enjoyed golf and the joy of competition.

John was a friend to all and loved by all that knew him.
