In Memory of Phillip Elmore Maynard lost to Agent Orange 2015.

Phillip Elmore Maynard was a SGT in the United States Army.

He did 2 tours in Vietnam where he was exposed to Agent Orange.

The awards Phillip received for his service are: National Defense medal, Vietnam service medal, Vietnam campaign medal, Army commendation medal, Army commendation medal 1st OLC, wheel vehicle driver badge and expert badge M-16.

Phillip passed away May 11, 2015 from complication of Agent Orange.

His interment was with full military honors at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North.

He was a loving and caring man.

My uncle took care of everyone and put everyone before himself.

Everyone loved him and he was the best uncle a girl could have.

Phillip will always be loved and missed, always be in our hearts and forever by our side.
