In Memory of Jon Fredrick Stires lost to Agent Orange 2013.

Jon Fredrick Stires was in the United States Air Force. He was in Vietnam Jan. 1968 – June 1968. Jon was in the Air Division at Kadena Base Okinawa and Ton San Knut in Vietnam.

He was assigned to the 377th Combat Support Group where Jon worked in the unit mailroom.

Jon happened to be there during the Tet Offensive when they were attacked at the base on Jan. 31, 1968.

Jon’s Combat Support Group was Colonel Farley Pebbles. Jon was also in the Ohio National Guard.

Jon passed away July 23, 2013 and his cause of death is still pending but he had PTSD, Agent Orange exposure and Parkinson’s Disease.

He is love and missed by his wife, family and friends.
