In Memory of Roger Kimble lost to Agent Orange in 2013.
This is my Dad, Roger Kimble. Dad was a MP in the Army from 1956-1959, stationed in Korea. In the 728th Bn, Dad was a bodyguard and spent a lot of time at the DMZ, where he was exposed to Agent Orange.
He was a 12 year survivor of prostate cancer and had beaten two types of skin cancer. In March of this year, he was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). In October, a repeat bone marrow biopsy showed conversion of his MDS to Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).
We lost him 13 November 2013. Yesterday was the one month mark.
I miss him so much that I ache.
