In Memory of Jerry Lee Gaultney lost to Agent Orange 2016.

Jerry served in the United States Army and was stationed in Vietnam.

Jerry passed away May 30, 2016 from squamous cell carcinoma of the tonsil, diabetes mellitus associated with herbicide exposure and PTSD.

A man that loved God, family and his country.

He is my HERO.
