In Memory of John R. (Jack) Sims lost to Agent Orange in 1992.
John served in the United States Army and was stationed in Vietnam 1965-1967.
Jack passed away May 12, 1992 at the age of 45 from Non Hodgkins Lymphoma bone cancer due to the exposure to Agent Orange.
My husband was very patriotic and proud to have served. He was a great father, husband and friend with an infectious laugh. We have 5 children and 7 grandchildren.
Jack got to see and hold his oldest grandchild 3 weeks before he died. He never got to meet his other grandchildren.
I keep his memory alive daily and tell the grandchildren about (Poppy Jack.)
We miss him dearly.
