In Memory of Robert (Bob) Leath lost to Agent Orange 2015.
Robert (Bob) Leath was in the United States Army. He served in Vietnam 1968-1969 where he was exposed to Agent Orange. Bob was awarded the Purple Heart.
We found out last Thanksgiving Bob had stage 4 prostate cancer which went to his lungs. He had chemo but the cancer spread to his pelvic bone, causing him not to be able to walk. Bob was switched to radiation therapy. He had 35 treatments.
Bob’s cancer was very painful and aggressive. Bob passed away August 28, 2015.
Bob was married to his lovely wife, Mary, for 46 years. We were very blessed in our lives together. We have 2 awesome daughters, that were with us through all of this. We have 4 amazing grandchildren. But most importantly Bob knew Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. I know that he is in the presence of God and no longer in pain.
I miss him like crazy and know my life will never be the same without him. I just wanted to share.
His loving wife,
Mary Peterson Leath
