In Memory of Thomas L. Rearick lost to Agent Orange 1992.

Thomas L. Rearick served on the USS Gunston Hall (LDS-5) in the Chu Lei Canal 1966-1967.

He was exposed to Agent Orange.

Thomas died February 14, 1992 from ischemic heart disease a complication of Agent.
