In Memory of James M. Black lost to Agent Orange in 2013.
I lost the love of my life- James M. Black- on 25 Jun 2013 from larynx cancer due to Agent Orange exposure.
This pic is of him in Nam during his ’67-’68 tour with 1/9 Air CAV Recon. He started as a grunt and when he kept having problems with the heat they had him sent to being a door gunner on Hueys.
He was always thinking of others- driving other vets to their V.A. appts., Honor Guard with the local VFW doing burial details and anything else they were needed for, talking to Active Duty members while visiting Ft. Knox, talking with other disabled vets (he was 100% P&T Unemployable from PTSD as well as 60% for other things) where ever he was at.
He is greatly loved and missed by myself (widow), all of our children (my 3 and his 2) and grandchildren!
We know he is always watching over us and shows us signs daily !!
